Mr Jitendra Vara qualified at the European School Of Osteopathy (ESO) in 1988, where he was a lecturer in clinical neurology for over twenty years.

He now concentrates on his clinical practice treating musculosketal pain, shoulder pain, cervicogenic headaches and neck and low back pain.

Jitendra is married with two young children and enjoys family life. He is registered to treat patients covered by most private healthcare  providers.

Miss Lucinda Johnston qualified from the European School of Osteopathy in 1996, where she now lectures and is a senior examiner.

She also practises at Sussex University Health Centre, where we work very closely with the General Practitioners and nurses.

Miss Johnston is interested in treating all forms of musculoskeletal disorders,  particularly repetitive strain injury (RSI), postural problems and osteoarthritic joints.

Mr James Marro is a graduate of the British School of Osteopathy, and a member of The British Medical Acupunture Society.

He lectures in clinical neurology and osteopathic technique at Surrey Institue of Osteopathy. James’ practice experience includes working within a GP surgery, and practising alongside physiotherapists and podiatrists.

James treats using a mainly structural “hands on” approach, complemented by ultrasound and acupuncture. Experienced in the treatment of many conditions which include acute sports injuries.

Mr Thomas Botfield M.Ost.DO. qualified from the European School of Osteopathy with a Masters Degree in osteopathy, a foundation in medical acupuncture, and is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

He treats all ages and conditions including neck and lower back pain, shooting pains like sciatica, and shoulder complaints, using a range of techniques including the ‘hands on’ structural approach and the more subtle functional approach. He continues to build his body of professional knowledge with additional training courses and research related to Osteopathy and the wider healthcare community.

Emilie Roddie M.Ost. DO. graduated from the renowned European School of Osteopathy in Kent. She has experience of treating a broad spectrum of patients with different musculoskeletal conditions and has also developed a passion for treating expectant mothers, infants and children.

Emilie uses a wide range of osteopathic techniques, tailored to individual needs, incorporating articulation, manipulation, soft tissue work and cranial. Self-management exercises and stretches are also incorporated into her patient’s management plan, as required.

Emilie adopts a holistic approach to all her treatments and is a very hands-on practitioner, whose primary objective is to improve the health and wellbeing of her patients.

Julia Warrington BSc Hons MChS graduated from the University of Brighton with a BSc Hons degree in Podiatry.

She is a member of The College of Podiatry and registered with the Health Care Professional Council. She has worked in private practice since qualifying from Brighton University. She also works for Age UK.

Julia is able to offer a variety of Podiatric care including: nail surgery, orthotics, verruca treatments as well as general Chiropody.

In her spare time she enjoys the company of her family and walking with her dogs.

Emma Prasetya BSc gained a BSc in Clinical Massage and Aromatherapy from the University of Greenwich in 2006, and has been lucky enough to work and train in a variety of different countries.

Aromatherapy is a holistic therapy that harnesses the natural fragrances of the essential oils in aromatic plants to help enhance and balance your mind, body and overall wellbeing. Emma has been practicing this alongside massage, helping people with a variety of physical problems and emotional difficulties.

Her range of massage includes holistic, deep tissue, remedial, Indian head, acupressure, and pregnancy. All, but pregnancy, can be done with aromatherapy or using an unscented oil.

During an aromatherapy treatment, Emma will conduct a full case history and blend individual essential oils to address any concerns you may have. Her holistic approach towards treating the body has ensured that individuals leave feeling not only in a state of relaxation, but more grounded and in tune with themselves.

N.B Pregnancy massage I would not use aromatherapy to carry out this treatment. Pregnancy clients may only have a massage after the first three months, so in their second trimester.
