Jitendra Vara - Osteopath

Jitendra Vara DO

Jitendra qualified at the European School Of Osteopathy (ESO) in 1988, where he was a lecturer in clinical neurology for over twenty years.  He now concentrates on his clinical practice treating musculosketal pain, shoulder pain, cervicogenic headaches and neck and low back pain.

He is married with two young children and enjoys family life. Mr Vara is registered to treat patients covered by most private healthcare providers.

James Marro - Osteopath

James Marro BSc (Hons) Ost Med

James is a graduate of the British School of Osteopathy, and a member of The British Medical Acupuncture Society. He is a senior lecturer in clinical neurology at the International College of Osteopathic Medicine.

James’ practice experience includes working in a GP surgery and practising within a multidisciplinary team environment including consultant radiologists and physiotherapists.

James treats using mainly a structural ‘hands-on’ approach complemented by ultrasound and acupuncture. He is experienced in the treatment of many conditions, including sports injuries and has a special interest in treating discogenic pain originating from the cervical and lumbar spine.

Lucinda Johnston - Osteopath

Lucinda Johnston BSc (Ost) Hons DO

Lucinda qualified from the European School of Osteopathy in 1996 where she lectured and was a senior examiner for a number of years.

She now has a family and concentrates on her private practice. Miss Johnston treats musculoskeletal disorders in patients at every life stage.

She has a particular interest in treating osteoarthritic and chronic problems, helping her patients lead an active life.

Spiros is a graduate of the London School of Osteopathy. His background in personal training and sports massage lead him to Osteopathy, where he has a passionate interest in helping patients along their receover  from injuries to bounce back stronger than before.

Angela Winchester BA (Hons) M Ost DPO

Angela is a graduate of the London School of Osteopathy.  She uses a range of osteopathic techniques including soft tissue work, cranial osteopathy and joint manipulation. Angela is also qualified in sports massage & treats a variety of conditions, helping patients through injuries or longer-term pain and enabling them to move with more ease in their daily lives. Angela has completed a post-graduate Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy with the Osteopathic Children’s Centre (OCC). She has a special interest in using cranial osteopathy to treat babies and children of all ages, and working with women during pregnancy and following birth.

Lexi Weiner-Roup MOst

Lexi is a young and passionate osteopath who graduated from the London School of Osteopathy. She also holds qualifications in sports massage, iridology, dry needling (Western Medical Acupuncture) and is a clinical Pilates therapist.

Prior to beginning her osteopathic journey, Lexi spent many years dancing professionally where she began to combine her passions of health and movement together. Now she enjoys treating patients with a predominantly structural, ‘hands on’ approach whilst simultaneously integrating her knowledge from her background in dance and Pilates.

Lexi has a special interest in women’s health and paediatrics, although she enjoys treating patients from a variety of different backgrounds. She aims to engage, inspire and empower her patients within each treatment session, allowing them to experience ease and relief from their presenting symptoms.

Nick Hankin MOst

Nick is a graduate of the University College of Osteopathy (UCO) and is a qualified sports massage therapist. With a particular interest in biomechanics, injury prevention, and recovery. He employs a wide range of structural and functional techniques to support his patients, ensuring they receive tailored care that meets their unique needs.

Before pursuing a career in osteopathy, Nick spent a decade working in environmental sustainability and data analysis. This experience honed his analytical skills, which he now applies to understanding and treating the human body. Nick is committed to empowering his patients, helping them build resilience and make continuous progress beyond the treatment room. Whether you are dealing with long-term pain or musculoskeletal injuries, Nick’s aims to provide lasting relief and improved well-being
